春雷響 徹九重天—記青島永泰長榮第二次船用氣囊爆破試驗(yàn)

公元2010年3月上旬是寒冷的。

青島永泰船舶用品有限公司爆破組的同志們的體溫卻不斷升高。

緊鑼密鼓般的準(zhǔn)備工作從3月1日到3月3日業(yè)已結(jié)束。

2.5米直徑10米有效長度的永泰高強(qiáng)度氣囊的爆破在永泰三畝大的獨(dú)院進(jìn)行。

3月3日8時(shí)，各路“神仙”到齊了，世界首例大尺寸氣 囊爆破試驗(yàn)于總宣布開始。

緊張而有秩序的工作使在場(chǎng)人員贊不絕口；洶涌澎湃的 注水歡歌入囊，一天零一夜后整個(gè)氣囊長度增加了三十公 分，宛如一條巨龍橫臥永泰，在場(chǎng)人員驚嘆不已；又是一個(gè) 一天一夜的注水，永泰高強(qiáng)度氣囊還是安然無恙，只是體積 增大，長度又增加了三十公分，在場(chǎng)人員心驚肉跳。

為了安全我們請(qǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和參觀人員到第二生產(chǎn)基地聽候消 息，工人全部放假以防萬一，只留少數(shù)爆破組的有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不 怕犧牲的同志繼續(xù)操作。

3月6日上午9:36`48`一聲春雷宣告試驗(yàn)成功。 一根巨 大的水柱直沖九天，仿佛人造衛(wèi)星的發(fā)射。

該試驗(yàn)共耗時(shí)50多小時(shí)取得了氣囊各關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的壓力應(yīng)力 曲線以及用力分部數(shù)據(jù)；并獲得了極限壓力條件下，氣囊結(jié) 構(gòu)的臨界變化情況，以及臨界變化與壓力、時(shí)間的關(guān)系曲線。

這次試驗(yàn)的成功不僅獲得了氣囊性能的最真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)而且 對(duì)于完善氣囊科學(xué)模型以及氣囊結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化都有極其重要的意 義。

通過這次試驗(yàn)，對(duì)于氣囊的科學(xué)、安全應(yīng)用，對(duì)于永泰 的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有了更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。

這次永泰爆破試驗(yàn)是繼08年9月9日第一次中1.5×7的氣囊 爆破試驗(yàn)而進(jìn)行的超大氣囊試驗(yàn)，本國三家媒體予以報(bào)道。 美國和新加坡媒體也及時(shí)的給予了贊揚(yáng)。

—Recording the Successful Second Airbag Blasting Test of Qingdao Yongtai

The early days of March in the year 2010 were bitterly cold.

However, the spirits of the Evergreeners in the blasting team at Qingdao Evergreen Maritime Co., Ltd. were continuously heating up.

The intensive preparations, which had been underway from March 1st to March 3rd, had come to an end.

The blasting test of Evergreen’s high-strength airbag, with a diameter of 2.5 meters and an effective length of 10 meters, was set to take place in Evergreen’s three-acre courtyard.

At 8 a.m. on March 3rd, all the “experts” had arrived, and Mr. Yu, the person in charge, announced the commencement of the world’s first large-scale airbag blasting test.

The tense yet orderly work drew praise from all those present; as water surged into the airbag like a joyful song, after a day and a night, the entire length of the airbag had increased by thirty centimeters, resembling a giant dragon lying horizontally across Qingdao Evergreen, much to the astonishment of those present. After another day and a night of water injection,  Qingdao Evergreen’s high-strength airbag remained unscathed, merely increasing in volume and length by another thirty centimeters, leaving the onlookers breathless with fear.

For safety reasons, we invited the leaders and visiting personnel to the second production base to await news, while all workers were given time off just in case. Only a few experienced and fearless engineers from the blasting team remained to continue the operation.

At 9:36:48 a.m. on March 6th, a spring thunder announced the success of the test. A massive column of water shot straight up into the sky, reminiscent of a satellite launch.

The test, which lasted over 50 hours, yielded pressure-stress curves and force distribution data for various critical points of the airbag. It also provided insights into the critical changes in the airbag’s structure under extreme pressure conditions, as well as the relationship curves between these changes, pressure, and time.

The success of this test not only provided the most authentic data on the airbag’s performance but also held immense significance for refining the scientific model of airbags and optimizing their structure.

Through this test, we gained a deeper understanding of the scientific and safe application of airbags, as well as the quality of Qingdao Evergreen’s products.

This blasting test conducted by Qingdao Evergreen was an ultra-large airbag test following the first one, which involved a 1.5×7 airbag, on September 9th, 2008. Three domestic media reported on it, and media from the United States and Singapore also promptly praised the achievement.
