“昆侖驚回首,大海跳蛟龍”。2009年7月17日,在揚(yáng)州儀征船舶工業(yè)園中西造船有限公司一號(hào)船臺(tái),使用永泰新型高強(qiáng)度船用下水氣囊53只,使自重8000噸的“中西101號(hào)”巨輪順利下水,受到日方的高度贊揚(yáng)。是誰(shuí)在酷暑天氣只用了53秒使如此大船順利下水呢?

“中西101號(hào)”順利下水,是本公司七月份下水的第四條大船。為了保證該下水工程的順利完成,永泰下水隊(duì)多次到中西造船廠實(shí)際勘察船臺(tái),水位情況,并聽(tīng)取廠房及船東等多方意見(jiàn)。該船自重較大,而實(shí)際下水水位很低,下水難度較大。我公司經(jīng)過(guò)模擬計(jì)算多方論證,制定了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)南滤桨浮Ｔ诤Ｊ戮终匍_(kāi)的下水方案論證會(huì)上,該方案得到船廠、船東、海事局的一致認(rèn)可。

此次下水共使用了53只YT-6型永泰下水氣囊,其中12只為1.5m×8m,4只1.5m×18m。

從啟笛砍纜到船完全下水用時(shí)53秒。整個(gè)下水順暢無(wú)阻,下水后氣囊無(wú)破損。該船系日本船東訂購(gòu)的散貨船,下水后一片歡騰,受到日方的高度贊揚(yáng)。

永泰下水隊(duì)永安順形象最終定格為一首詩(shī):

安順下水不夜天,

四海龍王任調(diào)遣。

海內(nèi)朋友盡開(kāi)顏。

The Kunlun Mountains Turn Back in Astonishment, While a Sea Dragon Leaps in the Ocean.” On July 17, 2009, at Dock No. 1 of Zhongxi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in the Yangzhou Yizheng Shipbuilding Industrial Park, 53 new-type high-strength ship launching airbags from Qingdao Evergreen were used to successfully launch the “Zhongxi 101,” an 8,000-ton colossal vessel, earning high praise from the Japanese side. Who managed to launch such a massive ship in just 53 seconds amidst scorching summer heat?

At that time, a song was sung: “The scorching sun burns fiercely like fire, While Eversafe’s heart surges with excitement for the launch. Sweat pours like rain in a swift rush, Fifty-three seconds and the ship glides on the sea.”

The successful launch of the “Zhongxi 101” marked the fourth large vessel launched by our company in July. To ensure the smooth completion of this launch project, Qingdao Evergreen’s launch team conducted multiple on-site inspections of the dock and water levels at Zhongxi Shipbuilding, and also listened to opinions from the shipyard, shipowners, and other parties. Given the vessel’s substantial self-weight and the low actual launch water level, the launch posed significant challenges. After meticulous simulations and calculations, our company formulated a rigorous launch plan. At the launch plan review meeting held by the Maritime Safety Administration, the plan received unanimous approval from the shipyard, shipowners, and the Maritime Safety Administration.

A total of 53 pieces of YT-6 type Qingdao Evergreen launch airbags were used for this launch, including 12 measuring 1.5m×8m and 4 measuring 1.5m×18m. From the sounding of the horn and cutting of the cables to the complete launch of the vessel, it took only 53 seconds. The entire launch proceeded smoothly without any hindrance, and none of the airbags were damaged afterward. The vessel, a bulk carrier ordered by a Japanese shipowner, was met with jubilation after its successful launch, earning high praise from the Japanese side.

The image of Qingdao Evergreen’s launch team, embodying peace and prosperity, was ultimately immortalized in a poem:

“Eversafe’s launch illuminates the nightless sky, Commanding the Dragon Kings of the four seas at will. A 10,000-ton colossus glides on the sea, Bringing joy to friends across the nation.”
