Received your contact from 1 of our local contact from China.
Appreciate for maker to advise renewal period of equipment on-board such as pneumatic fenders onboard regarding the specs of shackles, towing rings, swivels, chain net used on fenders.
There is no instruction how frequent the fenders need to be serviced and items replaced.
As the condition of these items is getting deteriorated and needs renewal, vessel require details to plan for renewal.
