Launching technology by using airbags
3400DWT供油船應(yīng)用氣囊下水方案
1. This technology is used to launch 3400t oil supply ship built in Thailand, the other ships’ launching process can refer to this technology .
此方案應(yīng)用于建造在泰國的供油船下水,其他船舶下水也可借鑒。
2. quoted standard:
CB/T3975-1996 airbags for ship slipping and launching
Loa=90m B=15m TF=1.674m Ta=3.164m
D=6.8m W=1850 t
下水船的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù):
總長=90m 型寬=15m 艏吃水=1.674 尾吃水=3.164
型深=6.8m 自重=1850T
2.2 main parameter of the slipway
船臺的主要參數(shù)
2.2.1 All we know is that the slipway is horizontal now。
我們現(xiàn)在只知道船臺是水平的·
2.2.2 rebuild requirement of the silpway:
關(guān)于船臺改造的要求
a. format the horizontal part of the slipway, and remove the object which can break airbags;
修理船臺水平的地方,并且清除可能對氣囊造成破壞的障礙物
b. the end of the horizontal slipway to the mean tide lever ,the grade should be 1/30~1/35 ,the bearing capacity is over 0.1Mpa.
船臺末端,接近水位的位置的坡度應(yīng)該在1/30~1/35之間,并且能承受0.1Mpa的壓力
c. Under the water, the grade should be 1/15,the length is that, when launching ,the depth of the water at the end of the slipway should over1.8m.
在水中的船臺坡度應(yīng)該在1/15,并且末端水深要超過1.8m
3. requirement of the main equipments
主要的設(shè)備
Air-bags type is 6 layers φ1.5×15,number is 20.
pillar height:H=0.9m:
Q=π(D-H)/2 L· P·N ·Cb =3.14(1.5-0.9)/2×15×0.16×9.8×10×16×0.7297=2586(t)
起墩過程中承載力的計算:
安全系數(shù):K=2586/1850=1.39>1.26

Airbag’s height:H=0.5m
safety factor:K=4311/1850=2.33>1.26(satisfied)
the tractive force should be
牽引力
F= W*sinactank = 1850×sinactan1/80=23T
5. weather condition requirement when launching:
下水時氣候要求:
5.1 The force of the wind should be less than 5 level
visibility should be over 10 meter
no heavy fog、wind、rain etc.
風(fēng)力應(yīng)該小于5級,能見度要超過10m,沒有大霧,風(fēng)雨天氣。
5.2 before launching, we should confirm height of tide is satisfied。
在下水之前,必須確認潮汐水高度滿足下水要求
6. working process of slipping to the water
The process begins only after the sections building finished and checked out.
下水的工作程序
下水進行必須在船建造結(jié)束,且驗檢合格
6.1 preparation
準(zhǔn)備工作
6.1.1 all tools should be on site.
所有設(shè)備工具須放置現(xiàn)場
6.1.2 Place the air-bags according to the drawings we offered.
如布置圖所示布置氣囊
6.1.3 set two over 20t lugs at the stem 1.5m from the baseline, and the location should not be too low .
燒焊在船舶距基線1.5m高度2個20T的耳板。高度不能太低。
6.1.4 Connect the hoist and the hook tightly , the wire rope must meet requirements;set the bitts、winch(10t)and wire rope as the drawings we offered.
鏈接卷揚機和脫鉤。鋼絲繩須滿足要求。如圖所示布置地牛,絞車(10T)及鋼絲繩
6.1.5 Clean the things like scaffoldings、welders, which can hinder the launching process
清除像支架,焊機之類可能阻礙下水過程的物品
6.1.6 Measure the water level and adjust the launching process by it.
測量水的高度,隨時調(diào)整下水方案
6.1 lifting process
起墩過程·
6.2.1 Charge the air-bags to 0.07Mpa from the end of the ship to the beginning.
anchor the ship, take the air-bags back ,and the process finished
拋錨泊船,回收氣囊,下水完成。
